We fully believe that any product you purchase will be in good condition and be exactly as described in our website. In the rare event something goes wrong, we are here to help resolve the issue as fair and as quickly as possible.
2. Eligibility for Return
Eligible Conditions
A return request can be raised in the following situations:
You received a physical damaged or broken product at the time of delivery. You have received a faulty product that does not perform as described. You got a wrong product that is not matching your order. Missing parts or accessories in the product received as per the product listing.
Non-Eligible Conditions
Returns will not be accepted under the following circumstances:
The product has been used, assembled, or installed after it is delivered. The delivery time, return request after 48 hours. The damage was inflicted upon the customer through misuse, mishandling or improper installation. The product is returned without its original packaging, accessories or documentation. The problem reported is not the condition of the product upon verification.
3. How to Raise a Return Request
If you think your return request is within the above stated eligible conditions, please follow the below stated steps:
Contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order by e-mailing us at anywhereappliance@gmail.com. In your email write your order information such as the name of the product, date of order and address to be delivered. Describe clearly the problem you have had with the product. Attach clear photographs or a small video of the damaged or defective item or wrong item received. Our team shall consider your request and provide a response within 2 to 3 business days with a resolution.
4. Return Process
Once your return request is reviewed and approved by our team, we will arrange for the product to be picked up from your delivery address. In order to complete this request, you are requested to keep the product in its original packaging with all accessories, manuals, and components intact at the time of pickup. Products returned without original packaging or/with missing components might not be accepted.
Please do not return any product without the written confirmation of our team. We will not be holding products that are returned without prior approval.
5. Refund Policy
Since Anywhere Appliance runs an exclusive Cash on Delivery business model, refunds will be handled as follows:
Once the product returned is received and examined by our team, we will notify you of the result of the return review. If the return is approved your refund will be processed and sent to your bank account by bank transfer or UPI within 5 to 7 business days of confirmation. To process your refund, we will inquire about your bank account information or between your UPI ID. We do not retain this information for longer than what is required to fulfill the refund transaction.
If the product returned is identified as ineligible by inspection after being returned – say the damage was due to the customer or the product has been used – the return will be rejected and your product will be returned to you.
6. Replacement
In instances whereby a return is approved and stock of a replacement unit is available, we may give you the option of receiving a replacement product instead of a refund. The decision to offer a replacement or a refund is left to our team depending on product availability and nature of issue reported.
7. Cancellation Policy
If you want to cancel your order please contact us on anywhereappliance@gmail.com as soon as possible after placing the order. We will do our best to cancel order if order is not dispatched. Once an order has been sent it cannot be cancelled. In such cases, you can refuse to receive the product at the door with the understanding that you will receive a refund once the product is again sent back to us, and after inspection.
8. Products that are not Eligible for Return or Refund
The following situations are not included under our Return and Refund Policy:
Products which have been used, damaged by the customer or modified in some way after delivery. Return requests delivered after 48 hours. Products missing original packaging, accessories and documentation. Issues coming due to incompatibility of the product with the customer’s current setup or infrastructure.
9. Limitation of Liability
Our liability in any return or refund situation is strictly to the value of product purchased. We are not liable for all indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use a product bought from our website.
10. Changes to This Policy
We reserve the right to change or update this Refund and Return Policy at any time. Any changes will take effect as soon as they are posted to this page with a changing date at the top of the page. We suggest that you go through this page before buying.
