At Anywhere Appliance we are dedicated to getting your order to you safely and in a timely manner. This Shipping Policy tells you all you need to know about how we process, dispatch and deliver orders that are placed through our website at anywhereappliance.com. By placing an order with us you agree to the terms contained in this policy.

Shipping Locations

We currently ship in India to serviceable locations as determined by our logistics and courier partners. At present we serve the customers in Kolkata and nearby areas of West Bengal mostly. We are striving to increase our delivery coverage in various cities and states of India. If you do not know if we deliver to your area please contact us at anywhereappliance@gmail.com prior to ordering.

Order Processing Time

Once your order is placed on our website it will be processed within 1 to 2 business days. Business days are Monday to Saturday without considering all the public holidays. Orders placed on Sundays or public holidays will be dealt with on the following business day. You will receive a confirmation after your order has been sent out.

Estimated Delivery Time

After dispatching the estimated delivery time is as follows:

For the customers who have been located made within the Kolkata and adobe locales, the conveyance schedule is normally finished inside 2 four Business days time is distributed. For customers living in other parts of West Bengal, they may take anywhere between 4 to 7 business days to deliver. For customer from any other states of India we service, the delivery can take between 7 to 10 business days depending upon destination and courier partner.

Please take note that these are estimated timelines and not guaranteed dates of delivery. Actual delivery times may vary for reasons beyond our control like courier delays, weather conditions, public holidays, high order volumes or unexpected logistical disruptions etc.

Shipping Charges

Shipping charges, if any, will be shown at the time of order from you. In case a free shipping is provided on certain products or for orders of certain value, it will be mentioned clearly on the product listing page or checkout page. We reserve rights to revise our shipping charges at anytime and without notice.

Cash on Delivery

Anywhere Appliance accept Cash on Delivery as only method of payment. Payment is picked up at the time of delivery by our courier or delivery partner. Please make sure that the exact amount or a satisfactory amount of it is available due on the day of delivery. Not always, our delivery partners may not always have change for large denominations.

Order Tracking

Once your order has been dispatched we will provide you with the tracking details via email at the same address which you had given when you placed your order. You can use the tracking number given to track the status of your delivery using our courier partner’s website or platform. If you are not informed of your order tracking information within 3 business days of the day you placed your order, please reach out to us at anywhereappliance@gmail.com.

Delivery Attempts

Our courier partners will normally make up to 2 attempts to deliver to your given address. If delivery is not successful after two attempts due to customer being unavailable or the use of the wrong address, the order may be returned to us. In such cases re-delivery may be arranged subject to additional shipping charges, or the order may be cancelled at our discretion.

Please ensure that you have given full and true delivery address including flat or house number, street name, landmark, city, state and PIN code while you place your order. Anywhere Appliance will not be responsible for delays and failed deliveries due to the incorrect or incomplete information provided about the addresses of the customer.

Damaged or Lost Shipments

Damaged Shipments

In the unlikely event that your order is delivered to you looking visibly damaged, we ask that you do not accept the delivery. Please please reject the package at the door and inform us immediately at anywhereappliance@gmail.com with your order details. If you find damage when you did open the package, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and provide pictures of the damaged product and packaging. We will be researching the matter with our courier partners and fight for a suitable resolution.

Lost Shipments

If your order is lost in transit then please contact us and we will liaise with our courier partner in regards to tracing the order. We will continue to keep you in the loop throughout the process and send you a resolution according to our Refund and Return Policy.

Delays Beyond Our Control

Anywhere Appliance shall not be held responsible for shipping delays resulting from circumstances which are beyond our reasonable control. This includes but is not limited to natural disasters, particularly unfavorable weather conditions, strikes or labor disputes, government restrictions, courier network disruptions, or any other force majeure events. In such situations, we will do everything we can reasonably to keep you updated on the status of your order.
